Maintenance-product fit
Because DuraSlic Xtreme is strongly oleophobic, conventional spray waxes and many topper products are not a good match. The coating can reject incompatible products and they may streak. Customers who enjoy regularly using Ceramic Detail Spray or compatible toppers are generally a better fit for Obsidian.

C6 on the Shop X-Runner
CAA has been observing C6 on part of the shop X-Runner alongside DuraSlic and Jade Obsidian for approximately 1.5 years and has observed good durability. This is CAA field observation, not controlled laboratory proof.
Professional installation
The coating is the final step. The preparation underneath it determines the result.
The exact correction work depends on the vehicle. CAA inspects first, tests when needed, and prepares the surfaces before coating application.
